Six major processes of CNC Machines order completion

Step 1: Quotation Negotiation

Confirm the customer's processing materials, dimensions and other requirements, and further recommend the suitable machine model for quotation

Step 2: Contract Signing

Confirm and sign the contract, including purchase quantity, total amount, delivery date and payment method, etc.

Step 3: Deposit Payment

Before formal production, the importer needs to pay the prepayment agreed in the contract, usually 50% of the order amount (minimum 30%)

Step 4: Production Assembly

Strict design and production process can ensure machine precision and running stability. Follow up and monitor the production process in real time, so that customers can clearly know production progress

Step 5: Pay the balance after acceptance

At least 3 times full tests before shipment,and support designate inspectors or third-party organizations to inspect the machines. After the inspection is passed, the customer pays the balance before shipping

Step 6: About Shipping

Export standard fumigation-free wooden box packaging, timely feedback delivery notices to customers and provide customers with required customs clearance certificates, etc
